ARTIST PROFILE

Alfie Santos is a first-generation Filipino-American and an internationally traveled, lifestyle, and street photographer.  He is the owner of FEIJIN NYC Art & Photography based in Brooklyn, New York.  He studied photography at New York University (NYU) and The School of Visual Arts (SVA) in New York City.  He finds his main inspirations in The Catholic Church, sunsets, and unexpected moments.  His creative work has been published in many diverse publications including The Washington Post, Rolling Stone Magazine, and Time Out New York.  He has functioned as a freelance photographer routinely documenting the shows at New York Fashion Week, New York Comic Con, and the celebrated Ultra Music Festival in Miami, Florida.  Alfie is currently freelance photographing lifestyle portraits of painters, dancers, and recording artists in addition to frequently documenting various events for the Catholic Church in NYC and program event details for the New York City Police Department.
